WHAT YOU’LL DO AT WORK WITH RISE

Every event is different. Flexibility is key.

Depending on the call, you will likely:

Assist with setup and breakdown of stages, lighting, scenic, and site infrastructure

Load, unload, and move equipment safely between transportation and venue

Work alongside production teams, technicians, and site leadership

Every day, you will need to adapt to changing schedules, tasks, and environments

You’ll often be hired for a specific role — but teamwork means stepping in whereever help is needed. We appreciate honesty regarding capacity, access, and willingness to work.

We staff across multiple event disciplines. Specialty roles are available for crew members with professional experience and for those looking to grow within the industry.

On every call, crew members are expected to:

  • Arrive on time, sober, and ready to work

  • Communicate clearly and follow direction

  • Maintain a positive, inclusive attitude

  • Prioritize safety — for yourself and others

Harassment, discrimination, and unsafe behavior will not be tolerated.
