WHAT YOU’LL DO AT WORK WITH RISE
Every event is different. Flexibility is key.
Depending on the call, you will likely:
Assist with setup and breakdown of stages, lighting, scenic, and site infrastructure
Load, unload, and move equipment safely between transportation and venue
Work alongside production teams, technicians, and site leadership
Every day, you will need to adapt to changing schedules, tasks, and environments
You’ll often be hired for a specific role — but teamwork means stepping in whereever help is needed. We appreciate honesty regarding capacity, access, and willingness to work.

Arrive on time, sober, and ready to work
Communicate clearly and follow direction
Maintain a positive, inclusive attitude
Prioritize safety — for yourself and others
Harassment, discrimination, and unsafe behavior will not be tolerated.
UNIFORMS and TOOLS
Dress like the boss’ boss will be on site — every day.
Festival & Site Ops
Construction-appropriate clothing, hi-vis gear, required tools
Corporate Events
Dress slacks, collared shirts, clean shoes, hand tools
Production
All-black attire, required hand tools
Green Team + Warehouse
Workwear for load-in/out, dress slacks when needed on show calls
TOOLS & PREP
Come prepared. It makes everything run smoother.
Crew members are expected to bring:
