  • You will receive a request in the LASSO app to sign a form. There will be a bright yellow banner at the top of the app with a  button that says “START”

  • You will receive an email from LASSO with a link to follow to add your payment information. 


  • We send offers as we have them available. If you are not seeing offers and are concerned make sure you have your market set and all of your documents signed. 


  • Add the days you cannot work or do not want to receive offers into the LASSO app. We will not send you offers on those days.

     If you have something come up and you have already accepted an offer please make sure to let us know immediately.

  • We cannot provide joy for anyone if we are not well. In order to show up for the demands of the season, we each need to prioritize our individual mental and physical health.

  • Your reasons for your capacity are your business. We need to know how you'll show up and what you're committed to providing to the team in a consistent and honest way.

  • Beyond health-related or personal issues to be privately shared with your manager, anything you say to one team member should be something you feel comfortable saying to the whole team.
